Philip Roth Studies welcomes all writing pertaining entirely or in part to Philip Roth, his fiction, and his literary and cultural significance and is open to both full-length articles as well as shorter notes. Articles should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words in length, and notes should not exceed 2, 500 words. A brief abstract (approximately 50 words) should accompany each submission. Manuscripts and book reviews must be prepared according to the MLA style manual, 2nd ed. (1998), by Joseph Gibaldi and should contain endnotes rather than footnotes. Electronic Submissions via e-mail (as attached Word files [.doc]) are particularly welcome. If sending through regular mail, please submit two copies of the manuscript, with author identification on a separate cover sheet. Individuals whose works are accepted for publication must supply them in both paper and electronic format (Microsoft Word). Please confirm that manuscripts have been submitted solely to Philip Roth Studies.
Manuscripts should be submitted to Derek Parker Royal, Executive Editor, Philip Roth Studies, Department of Literature and Languages, Texas A&M University–Commerce, Commerce, TX 75429-3011, email: derek_royal@tamu-commerce.edu.
